Every week, we round up the brand dinners and lunches we can’t stop thinking about. Here’s this week’s table. Soneva (@soneva) hosted dinner in Stockholm around a sculpture of its Maldives waterslide by Jacob Felländer (@jacobfellander), with a menu by chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman (@adamalbin_sthlm). MERIT (@merit) celebrated its Sephora Australia (@sephoraaus) launch with dinner at Elizabeth Bay House in Sydney, with a table by Christelle Scifo (@christellescifo), flowers by Fleurette (@fleurette___), food by Pearl Catering (@pearlcatering) and PR by Leaf Comms (@leaf.comms). Zara Wong (@zara_wong) was among the guests, and Kitty Callaghan (@kittycallaghan) photographed the night. Creed (@creedfragrance) launched Iris Debonair with dinner among 25,000 irises at Hôtel Pozzo di Borgo, Karl Lagerfeld’s former residence in Paris, with food by Alex Paganelli (@deadhungry) and Staff Meal (@staffmealisready), flowers by Mary Lennox (@ruby_marylennox), production by Agence Black Lemon (@agenceblacklemon) and photography by Voilacam (@voilacam). One month in as Brand Director, MERIT Australia and New Zealand. Days include beautiful events, getting stock onto Sephora floors across ANZ, cross timezone conversations and plenty in between. None of it happens without our teams around the world. Two years ago I wrote a Screenshot This brand deep-dive on MERIT as a brand so now feel especially fortunate to be part of shaping its presence here. (And yes, the newsletter isn’t going anywhere.)

MERIT celebrated its launch into Sephora Australia and New Zealand with an intimate dinner held in Sydney for key media and industry guests. The partnership marks MERIT’s brick-and-mortar debut, a significant milestone for the brand. “Expanding that relationship into Australia and New Zealand is another important milestone for the brand, allowing us to introduce MERIT to a new community of customers seeking in-person trial and discovery,” said MERIT chief executive officer, Philippe Pinatel.
