Meet The Dairy. And yes, the bathtub has vineyard views. 👌🏼

Made for four, The Dairy is all about switching off, slowing down and making the most of doing absolutely nothing.

Think morning coffees on the deck, a little friendly competition over lawn games and long, warm baths with a glass of wine and those incredible views.

Now open for bookings ✨

An appreciation of the details.

Natural stone, solid surfaces, layered textures and carefully considered finishes. A quiet balance of form, function and materiality - where every detail contributes to the whole.

A closer look at one of our residential projects, Belair.

The kind of house that makes staying in feel like part of the holiday.

Coffee on the deck with nothing but scrub outside.
Slow mornings. Long lunches around the table.
A fire going as the afternoon cools down.
Walking 500 metres down the road when you feel like swapping the trees for the ocean.

Kauwi Retreat feels warm, grounded and a little tucked away from everything, without actually being far from anything.

Four bedrooms. Sleeps eight.

Yep. We’d stay in too ✨

From the influence of hospitality spaces on residential design to the growing demand for retreat spaces within the home.

Marcus Syvertsen from @littleroad.studio shares his hottest trends this year in the 2026 iteration of Premium Property.

Clients are increasingly seeking homes that feel calm, grounded and deeply personal rather than highly polished or trend-driven.

Join us at Salopian this August for @salafestival and @fleurieufood events.

On 13th August we are hosting the fabulous @katiespainwrites for a morning of exploring the colours of our Kitchen Garden for inspiration before drawing your artworks and enjoying a bowl of Salopian dumplings.

On 20th August celebrated linocut artist @gailkellettart will guide you around the restaurant and kitchen garden before you have the chance to create your own piece of The Salopian Inn to take home with you.

You’ll find links to both these workshops in our bio, along with the final tickets for Gail’s opening night dinner for her Inn Print exhibition.

Architectural vision. Precision engineered.

Every South Pacific Windows project is custom manufactured to complement the architecture it's designed for — and this home is no exception.

Featured in this project is a striking curved and raked highlight window that follows the unique roofline, along with a custom entry door frame featuring an integrated louvre gallery, creating a distinctive entrance while providing natural ventilation and architectural appeal.

Finished in a premium High Performance Electro Medium Bronze powder coat, the aluminium framing beautifully complements the home's natural stone and timber palette while delivering exceptional durability and long-lasting performance in Australian conditions.

At South Pacific Windows, we manufacture Architectural, Commercial-grade Aluminium Windows and Doors for premium new homes and additions throughout Adelaide.

Every window and door is purpose-built to suit the architectural vision of the project, combining precision engineering, premium materials and exceptional craftsmanship.
