To the women coaching in spaces where we haven’t always been expected to belong. I see you. I know it isn’t always easy, and I know how much it matters when someone backs you, gives you an opportunity, or simply makes you feel like you belong.

I’ve been lucky to have moments that remind me why I keep putting my hand up. And I want to be that person for the women coming behind me, too.
I want to see more women leading men’s teams. More women in senior coaching roles. More women being approached for opportunities, not just told to apply for them.

I want the next generation to spend less time wondering whether they belong and more time working out how far they want to go.

To the women doing the work, backing yourselves and pushing the boundaries of where we’re expected to fit: keep going.
I’ll keep pushing from my side, too. 🩵
