🔥 FLEX PWR: WEEK IN REVIEW 🔥

Some weeks the boys play. This week the boys worked.

⚡️ Jed Wintle went on an absolute terror — back-to-back hat trick days. The man does not sleep.

🎩 Sam Hampsch + Thomas Huff turned Saturday into a double hatty. Closer cooking. Setter on fire.

🐐 Kaden Breien x Garrett Wadman — the kind of deal that goes in the record books. Benjamin Kirk said it best: “Haven’t seen a deal that big in Flex’s history.”

🎯 The setters finally broke through the double-digit ceiling this week. The bar just got raised. The competition just got real.

🆕 And the Texas office put their first close on the board — welcome to the family.

LET’S GET IT! 💥👊

FLEX HIGHLIGHT | PADDY COYLE

First week in and already achieved a hatty 🎩💥👊

Getting 3 deals in your first week is not easy, and it says a lot about the preparation, attitude, and work Paddy came in with from day one.😤 He’s stayed coachable, put in the effort, and earned a great start to the summer.

At the same time, this is only the beginning. The best reps stay consistent, keep learning, and continue to grow every single week. 📈

Excited to see Paddy keep building on this momentum and continue developing throughout the summer!

Also huge shoutout to Ben for the impact he continues to make as our Corporate Trainer at FlexPWR. ⚡️

A big part of a rep’s success starts with the people behind the scenes who are willing to pour into others every single day. Ben has done an incredible job helping prepare, mentor, and develop our team 🙌💥
