Every child deserves the opportunity to move, grow, and thrive.

At PHYSIX, we’re focused on more than athletic performance. We’re helping kids build the movement skills, strength, coordination, and confidence they need to feel capable both inside and outside the gym.

Whether your child is new to physical activity, exploring recreational sports, or working toward competitive goals, our approach meets them at their current ability and supports their development every step of the way.

And parents and guardians are a huge part of that journey.

Join us on October 22 for our PHYSIX Parent Education Night, featuring David Cho, Child & Youth Mental Health Specialist. We’ll explore the mental side of sport, the role of training and recovery, and how parents can help create a healthier, more supportive environment for young athletes.

Because developing stronger athletes starts with supporting the whole child.

Strong foundations start with every child who moves.

At PHYSIX, we believe movement is for every kid. Whether they’re just beginning to explore physical activity, building confidence in the gym, playing recreational sports, or pursuing competitive athletics, every child deserves the opportunity to develop strength, coordination, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our programs are designed around each child’s individual ability, meeting them where they are and helping them grow at their own pace.

But this conversation isn’t just for the kids. It’s for the parents and guardians who play a pivotal role in their development.

Join us October 22 for our Parent Education Night, featuring David Cho, Child & Youth Mental Health Specialist, for a conversation about the mental side of movement, training, recovery, and how we can better support the next generation.

Because building a healthier, more confident generation starts with understanding the whole child.

A sporting season gives kids, coaches, parents, and entire communities movement, confidence, setbacks, resilience, accountability, and memories that last a lifetime.

It teaches us how to compete, fail, adapt, and keep showing up.

Delayed gratification comes through hard work, and isolation is nearly impossible when you’re part of a team. In many ways, sport is the opposite of screen time.

You can’t have champagne expectations with beer-budget habits.

In a world of highlight reels and people trying to jump to the front of the line, consistency, patience, and hard work still matter.

These boys committed to training at the end of 2025 and stayed the course, only to see their goals come to fruition months later.

Congratulations to the athletes, coaches, and parents of the @jrargosu12 . Enjoy the moment—you earned it.

Off-season starts Monday.

Most athletes aren’t slow.
They’re untrained.

Speed is a skill — and it can be trained.

Speed impacts every sport — basketball, football, volleyball, soccer, hockey, track and more.

On March 28, athletes will:

• Test their official 40
• Know their number
• Learn how to get faster

Led by Olympic Gold Medalist Brendon Rodney and the Ferris 360 coaching team.

Can I be real?

I used to train for vanity and made my body an idol. As my faith deepened, I began to understand my body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.

This shift changed WHY I train: for stewardship, to honor the body I’ve been given.

Vanity is about how you look to the world.
Stewardship is about responsibility.

Same body, different purpose.

Grateful for trainers who guide with intention @flex_foundations @baffoeman 🙏🏼
