As Alison reminded us in class, let us love on our strong, capable, beautiful bodies that support us through all of our creative endeavors.

If anyone knows the amazing dancers in this cute trio please let me know, I’d love to tag them!

In all honesty, most days I feel like a new born chickadee just trying to find her way…but I swear I’m a full grown adult woman. 🎥@flexcreativesofficial 🧠 @alisonjantz

There’s something about a marquee moment that never gets old for me. 🎭

So today, during his lunch break, I dragged Eric to “the beach” (aka the Majestic Theatre) and ran around with my camera.

Maybe it’s a little cheesy. But someday we’ll probably be really glad we have it.

Step into the stillness of the solstice and reconnect with your artistic fire. This 90-minute movement and manifestation class is designed to ground your body, clear your mind, and ignite your intention as we transition into winter—and into a new chapter of your creative journey.

Whether you’re a newly graduated artist finding your footing, a Broadway performer navigating the intensity of the holiday season, or a seasoned auditioner seeking space to reconnect and reflect, this all-levels lyrical jazz class invites you home to your instrument.

We’ll begin with a centering warm-up to root you into your body, followed by reflective prompts to help you release the year behind you and call in what you’re ready to create next. Then, we’ll move into a lyrical jazz combination built for personal interpretation—an invitation to express, transform, and shine through your own artistic voice.

On the darkest day of the year, come gather in community, move with intention, and share your light.
Ground. Reflect. Manifest. Dance.
