Don’t tell me hard work doesn’t pay off. @sorinex_benchuary program is legit . Riley and i worked our butts off for a month and it was worth it. PR for me at 350# than a drop set of 315 for a 3x3 . Riley surprised us all with a PR at 340# #workoutmotivation #bench #benchuary

Well first meet here and gone surprisingly places 2nd🥈. I did not think I would place 2nd in my weight and age as I didn’t walk in with any expectations besides lift the weights and have fun and learn what it is. Want to personally thank @avalonstarrie for keeping me going and especially @brad.markowski for putting up with my shit for the past year or 2 and being so excited when I finally said I wanted to compete I could never thank you enough and I’m so excited to continue to build with you let’s keep going sir @mark__walterss thank you very much for being there to spot and to handle me on the big day and supporting me and @kb.tugboat for starting an obsession from his meets. And a huge shout out to @thebig_indi for especially keeping me going every week leading up much love guys here’s to the next
