Happy birthday @Zone4Hove 🥂
(So busy i forgot to film any content 😅)
What a roller coaster of a year.
So many up and downs.
Close calls and huge wins.
Lives changed and friends made.
I appreciate every member joining me on my dream journey.
Every staff member that added value to the Zone4 experience.
Not to mention @xloissmithx holding it all together at home 🫶🏽 allowing me to spend 15 hours at work then the rest on my phone 🫣.
Buzzing to make the next 12 months as progressive as the last.

“What A Privilege:
What a privilege to be tired from work you once prayed for.
What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you used to dream about.
What a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose.
What a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.”

Head cold central so took it easy today🧘‍♀️🫧

A long stroll around Hove Park before the rain rolled in, then a very welcome stop at @flint_coffeehouse inside @zone4hove ☕️

Such a beautiful space in the new Hove Dairy development. Very cosy, excellent flat whites, and super dog-friendly 🐾

Bonus joy was bumping into Beth @built.by.beth from @mamatimesussex who’s also coaching at Zone4 - if you’re postnatal and haven’t checked out her classes yet, honestly couldn’t recommend her enough ✨

If you’re next in the Hove Park area, this one’s a must! 🫡

Cambridge University students need a break too!! ⭐️🎓

During term time, I find it really difficult to STOP and REST. 📚I love being busy but the intense eight-week terms are really only withstand-able for success if you figure out ways to slow down at times. 💤💤💤💘💘💘

As week 5 blues loomed 🌟, I recognised that I needed to reset and headed home to the amazing new luxury fitness space @zone4hove for a yoga class with the fantastic @oliviagaiawellbeing 💖 I was blown-away by the incredible facilities, variety of classes (from HYROX to Pilates 🧘‍♀️) and luxury touches, with individual @dysonbeauty hairdryers. 💕

Zone4 made rest easy… even for a chronic overachiever! 🤍🫧 Not to mention the option for gorgeous refreshments by @flint_coffeehouse after class ☕️🤎

@zone4hove you’ve got it right ! I can’t wait to be back for HYROX when my head isn’t in the books!! 💪🏃‍♀️

Hydrated by @lululemoneurope as per 🌊❤️
