Another beautiful event by @thebrandhaus.marketing & @maeveperry_ 🦄

Pure magic, just in time for the eclipse. 🌙✨ We were surrounded by amazing energy, a peaceful environment, and the most beautiful humans.

I’m so grateful to be a part of these special events and to share Clean Pirrrate with such an incredible community. 🏝️

Thank you to everyone who came out, took some time for self-care, and chose to shop small. Your support means everything!

Love you! 🖤🏴‍☠️

nature really showed off for us this night 🌈🐎🦋🧘🏾‍♀️🍃🔮🌒🌚💖

yoga with horses under a cotton candy sky, sound healing at sunset + celebrating the full moon with the most amazing group of women.

perhaps life is meant to have more nights like this.

movement, connection, laughter + a little bit of whimsy. 🐴✨

HUGE thank you to our sponsors, vendors + every single person who showed up and continues to support this community. you’re the reason these little ideas in my head get to turn into nights like this. 🥹🤍

Yoga x Horses, you were magic.

and if you missed this one… maybe don’t miss the next. 😉

Our second-annual Play It Forward fundraiser was AMAZING!

Thank you to everyone who supported — making sure more kids have the opportunity to discover how sport and play can transform their lives.

Thanks to the donors and attendees, our amazing hosts @pondhousecafe, silent auction donors, and many more. It takes a TEAM effort to pull off such a fun event! 🥂🥏❤️

A sea of red, a waterfront breeze, and a room full of incredible women moving with intention. ❤️

Pilates at Delamar Mystic was more than a workout. It was a reminder of the power of community, connection, and showing up for yourself. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event so unforgettable.

Until next time, Mystic

Pilates at the @delamarmystic 🧘🏻‍♀️

Everything you need 🌞 stretching, shopping & sunshine 🌞

Specialty Clean Pirrrate pieces went to so many good homes! B12 shots by Cure Med Spa & coffee by @popovermystic were in my top 5 experiences but number one was definitely the new friends made! Which obviously is priceless 🙃

Check out my tagged peeps to see who was a part of the magic, and stay tuned for the next one! ✨

Thank you, love you all 🙏🏻🩵🌊⛵⚓

Our hearts are with our friend Sarah and the entire Float 41 team 💔

Following a fire at the business above them, Float 41 in West Hartford suffered devastating smoke and water damage and has been forced to close indefinitely.

As a fellow local wellness business, we want to do what we can to support Sarah and Float 41 during this incredibly difficult time.

For a August and September, show proof of a Float 41 purchase, whether it’s a gift card or a service purchased at their Cromwell location, and receive:

🩵 10% off any service at BMWC

❤️ OR 50% off Red Light Therapy at BMWC

If you’ve been thinking about visiting Float 41, purchasing a gift card or booking a service at their Cromwell location is a meaningful way to support a fantastic small business and business owner!

Float Forty One’s West Hartford location is temporarily closed following the recent flooding, but you can still get your float fix at their Cromwell location! 💙

📍 17 Shunpike Rd, Cromwell, CT 06416

If you’ve been thinking about booking a float, now is the perfect time. Every appointment helps support this amazing local business while they work toward reopening in West Hartford.

Let’s show them some Connecticut love. ❤️

✨ Thank you, @float_41

We’re incredibly grateful to Sarah and the Float Forty-One team for donating 3 Float Therapy sessions and 3 Infrared Sauna sessions to our Diamond Jubilee Gala auction! 💙

Float Forty-One helps people reduce stress, support recovery, and improve overall well-being through services like float therapy, infrared saunas, massage, contrast therapy, and halotherapy.

Their signature float therapy experience creates a calm, low-stimulation environment designed to help the nervous system rest, reset, and recover. As Sarah says, “When we turn the noise off, we're allowing the nervous system to reset and recover.”

Thank you for supporting Harc and helping us empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

90 minutes. Zero distractions. Complete reset.

From the calming atmosphere to the beautiful private suites, every detail felt intentional. After a quick shower, we climbed into our float cabins, popped in the earplugs, settled onto the little head float, turned the lights off, and just... let go.

Time completely disappeared.

By the 45-minute mark, I could actually feel muscles releasing that I didn't even realize I'd been holding onto. It was one of those rare experiences that gave my mind permission to slow down while my body caught up.

The best part? You control the experience. Door open or closed. Lights on or off. Music or silence. Whatever helps you settle in.

Sometimes wellness isn't a luxury—it's maintenance. Taking care of your nervous system is just as important as taking care of the rest of your body.

If you've been curious about floating, consider this your sign. 🤍
