12 hours inside the Energy Enhancement System.

It’s not every day you get the opportunity to spend an entire night inside this space — and after doing it 4 times now, I’m still amazed by how different I feel when I come out.

I woke up feeling deeply rested, grounded, calm, and completely at ease. My energy feels full, my mind feels clear, and for once, it feels like I’m fully inside myself rather than scattered in a hundred different directions.

It honestly felt like I took a vacation in one evening. 🌌

And waking up to the sounds of the flute in this space? A pretty beautiful way to start the day. 🪈✨

📌SAVE this guide for Ontario summer travel inspo

Welcome to Markham, Ontario, a diverse city with so much to explore in the summer! With the help of @visitmarkham we put together the perfect itinerary for a relaxing summer getaway.

DAY 1:

Go for a hike at Milne Dam Conservation Park. This 5.6km loop trail offers views of Milne Dam, boardwalk trails, and lots of nature views. It’s also a bike friendly trail.

Go for a stroll in downtown Unionville. It looks like a movie set and that’s because it was! Gilmore Girls was shot on @mainstreetunionville.

Pick your own berries at Organics Farm, one of the few organic PYO farms in southern Ontario. Check the @organicsfamilyfarm website to see what’s in season before you go!

Dine at Il Postino, located in Unionville on Main St. The @ilpostinorestaurant patio is gorgeous in the summer and Italian food is some of the best in the city.

Spend the night at @torontomarriottmarkham and enjoy their onsite pool, hot tub, lobby bar, and fitness centre.

DAY 2:

Start with breakfast at the Toronto Marriott Markham, the omelettes are incredible!

Visit @floatvalley for a relaxing spa experience. We enjoyed their fire and ice experience that included a sauna and cold plunge.

Enjoy nature in the city at TooGood Pond Park, located in Unionville. There is an easy walking trail and boardwalks that loop around the pond.
