🍎 A+ for doing the homework! Breaking old posing habits takes consistent, intentional practice. That’s why my coaching goes beyond our sessions: practice the corrections we work on, send me your daily check-ins, and let’s make those changes second nature. The goal is to build on your progress each session—and that progress comes from the work you put in between them. 💪🏽

This afternoon I went to check out the new @goldsgym_raleighnc. They had a pullup competition. After like 15 guys went he asked if anybody else wanted to try, so I did.....in front of a ton of people!!

Y'all I was so freaking nervous! I kid you not, every single time I do pullups I get nervous. Like heart racing, hands sweating - big time!! Not being able to do a pullup stuck with me so long, it's like an automatic reaction. Literally everytime! Maybe I should work on that.....

I told the guy on the way up I could only do like 8 reps and he said that didn't matter. I managed to squeak out 8.75 full ROM pullups. I was so freakin' proud of myself!

Then a female body builder I met once at O2, who is so nice, went and smoked me!! Like 32 or 34 reps! Y'all! She's so incredibly jacked and her back.....good grief!!! Goals! @flofit4life_oly you are amazing!! I'm so inspired by you! Such a BA!

This life has me pinching myself at times. If you had of asked me 2 years ago if I could ever see myself entering a pullup competition I would have laughed my head off! Dreams really do come true when you consistently show up and put in the hard work!

2026 — another dream accomplished: I earned my OCB Pro Card and brought home three gold medals 🥇🥇🥇

Huge thank you to my coach for the guidance and support every step of the way. This milestone means a lot—but it’s not the finish line. Staying focused, staying disciplined, and continuing to push forward.

@flofit4life_oly was born and raised on the island of St. Martin, where her love for the outdoors and deep-rooted family values were formed.

A retired Track & Field Olympian, her athletic journey took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with cancer. Now undergoing lifelong chemotherapy, Florencia refuses to let her circumstances define her future.

Through unwavering faith, resilience, and determination, she found a new calling in bodybuilding, earning her professional status in 2019. And in 2025, against all odds, she qualified for the Master's Olympia, while undergoing chemo.

Florencia’s mission extends far beyond the stage: to walk in God’s purpose for her life and inspire others to persevere through faith, strength, and unshakable belief.
