Introducing Florence Bird. ✨

Please join us in welcoming the brilliant Florence Bird to the Ori Artists Community 🧡

Florence is a performer of exceptional precision, artistry and presence. A technically outstanding dancer with instinctive musicality, she moves with intelligence, freedom and a quiet confidence that captures your attention from the very first moment. There is something undeniably star-like in the way she performs.

Alongside her dance training, Florence is also an accomplished saxophonist, bringing another exciting dimension to her creative voice. She is a versatile artist with an exciting future, and we are incredibly proud to begin this journey alongside her.

Florence has recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre and Dance from Performers College, Essex, and is currently in rehearsals with the Caitlin Barnett Company for Even The Devil Has Demons, premiering on 16 July, whilst auditioning for new and exciting opportunities ✨

We’re excited to champion Florence as she takes her next steps into the industry, and we cannot wait to celebrate everything that is still to come.

Welcome to Ori Artists, Florence Bird . 🧡

RETROSPECT 🔥🔥

I am eternally grateful that I got to have this much fun in my final grad show here.

@emma13marie @davidanderson226 @dandecruz Thank you so much for trusting me with the hardest track of my life, never has my stamina been tested so much, and for guiding me through it. First year me would be shocked to have watched.

Thank you to the whole cast for being such a dream - and to my Beth for letting me be the most useless company manager assistant to her insane organisation.

I truly wouldn’t have changed a thing. 🫶

RETROSPECT⚡️

Where to even begin

I came to performers college as not the most technical dancer in the room but a girl who just really loved to dance and perform. Although some of this journey has been an absolute battle it’s has only allowed my drive and passion as performer to grow. This college is a magical place and I truly believe it’s the people , students and faculty , that make it so special.

To my incredible cast mates , I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for you all! It’s been an absolute treat working with such a lovely group of people. We’ve had such a laugh. The biggest thank you to @davidanderson226 , @emma13marie and @dandecruz for all your guidance, support and for putting on an unreal show. You have inspired me to be better everyday throughout this process and continue to do so.

So as I say goodbye to these studios that have been home for the last 3 years, I know that I’m leaving with that same love and admiration for what I do if not even more. (And some technique yay!)

Grad life let’s have ya !!!
