Still soaking it all in.

A night of music, worship, community, and giving God the glory. From the first song to the last prayer, there was something special about gathering together and worshiping under the open sky.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, served, sang, played, prayed, gave, and helped make this night possible.

This is what happens when we come together and make space for God to move.

Parting seas through praise.

Rome’s claims about the papacy deserve to be examined in Rome’s own words.

The issue isn’t whether Catholics personally believe the Pope is literally God. The issue is what titles, powers, and prerogatives have historically been attributed to the papal office.

“Primacy over the whole world.”

“All the same names” applied to Christ applied to the Pope.

“Our Lord God the Pope.”

“Another God on earth.”

Authority said to extend even to changing laws and dispensing with precepts.

Scripture warned that a power would arise that would “speak great words against the Most High” and “think to change times and laws” (Daniel 7:25), and that the “man of sin” would exalt himself “above all that is called God” (2 Thessalonians 2:3–4).

That is why these historical claims matter.

This isn’t an attack on individual Catholics. It is an examination of a religious system and the claims made for its highest office.

Christ alone is Head of the church (Colossians 1:18).
Christ alone is our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5).
Christ alone possesses supreme authority (Matthew 28:18).

“Who can forgive sins but God only?” — Mark 2:7

Test every claim by Scripture.#faith#Jesus#catholic#protestant#bible

@floodlightforever The devil isn’t fighting against Christianity—he’s mastered the art of counterfeiting it.

That’s why the system described in Daniel 7, Revelation 13, and Revelation 17 doesn’t look like a demon-worshiping cult. It looks like a church. A majestic, global institution, claiming to follow Christ while opposing His truth.
• Daniel 7: A little horn rises from Rome, speaks great words against God, persecutes His saints, and thinks to change times and laws.
• Revelation 13: A beast with blasphemous power receives worship from the world, and deceives through religious authority.
• Revelation 17: A woman (symbol of a church) rides the beast, clothed in purple and scarlet, drunk with the blood of the saints—called “Babylon the Great.”

Now compare that to the Roman Catholic system:
• Changed the Sabbath to Sunday (fulfilling “thinks to change times and laws”)
• Calls the Pope the Vicar of Christ—a title only the Holy Spirit holds
• Encourages prayers to the dead, idols, and relics
• Massacred Bible-believing Christians for centuries
• Blends pagan rituals with Christian names, creating a false Christ: born on pagan Xmas, “resurrected” on Easter, dispensed through the Eucharist.

A Judas kiss. A church that looks Christian, speaks in Christ’s name—but betrays His truth.

This isn’t an outside enemy. It’s an inside counterfeit. It’s not a war on religion—it’s the hijacking of it.

And yes, Revelation tells us it will deceive “the whole world” (Rev. 13:3). The Antichrist isn’t secular. He’s religious. Which is exactly why most won’t recognize him.#Christian #Catholic #Faith #Jesus #Bible #GodIsGood #ChristianLife #CatholicChurch #BibleVerse #Prayer #JesusLovesYou #Worship #HolySpirit #Blessed #Scripture #DailyDevotional #ChristianFaith #CatholicFaith #JesusChrist #ChurchLife #ChristFollower #CatholicConnect #ChristianInspiration #CatholicFamily #TrustGod #ChristianQuotes #HailMary #BibleStudy #ChristianCommunity #CatholicInstagram

Isaiah 14:13-15
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into Heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

This passage recounts the pride and downfall of Lucifer, who desired to elevate himself to the status of God. It highlights the ultimate futility and foolishness of any creature attempting to rival the Creator.
