I turned 40 earlier this month, so I figured it’s time for a lil birthday photo dump! When I was trying to decide how I wanted to celebrate this milestone, I couldn’t decide on any one thing, so in typical Leo fashion, I did them all! Back in April I went to Mexico City with two of my best friends, @nikkidale86 and @prinnypie , as we were all turning 40 this year and wanted to celebrate with a trip. Then I was thinking about how when I turned 30 I did a half marathon, and though I had not run since then, I decided in June to start training so that I could do the Tomato Fest 5k, since it was on my bday weekend, and because @tomatoartfest is one of my favorite times of the year. Buuuutttt I also wanted to do a boat day! But also wanted to celebrate with another bestie @ihartericka, who correctly encouraged me to do my first ever spa day! But also wanted to finally check out karaoke at Lipstick! And do a separate date night with Lee! And do a celebration with the girls! And anyways, it was all perfect, and I love when being indecisive pays off, and I love being 40, and I’m excited to see what the next decade brings! Maybe I’ll do a 1 mile Fun Run for 50? I feel so thankful for this life I have, and excited about the decade to come!
