🫂 Heard this song over the radio the other day and I couldn’t help myself but to ‘FlashBack’ moments since my first training in Portugal with @elliottsaxby and the marvelous group there.

🤍 My life has changed in so many ways, but most importantly : I have changed, or should I better say, I have GROWN so much.

☯️ Every single person in these photos has been a mirror for my growth and Today I deeply feel grateful to them ! Looking back, it’s with amazement that I am seeing how the containers that Elliott creates and holds has a life changing effect on the participants.

👧🏻👩🏻 Holding myself responsible and helping myself feeling more confident and more comfortable with whatever situation has been a huge « get out of your confort zone guurl » ! Just be YOU. Just be REAL. Just BE. Because this is my life, this my time on this earth and the best I can do for other is to take care of myself and by doing so, I am having so much more impact on others. When you understand this, you’ve understood a lot… 🙏🏼

✨GRATEFUL is the current and profound state I am feeling. Grateful for every students and this incredible man that share his knowledge to the world meanwhile navigating his own shadows.

👏🏻 Grateful to my clients who are incredibly courageous to go out there and share their stories with their most vulnerable and valuable insights so we can, together, walk a few steps in their life path 🫂. You can be proud of yourself for working on yourself.

🫶🏻 Grateful to my family and friends who accepted and accept me in every ways every day. And god only knows how much rollercoasters you take on the path of self growth 😹 !

And last but not least, I am also very Grateful for my partner who is an everyday gift in my life. ❤️

Thank you Life, Thank you to Me, Thank you to You.🤍
