In case you were wondering …

We sure did eat well on our stay at @ritzcarltonkapalua in Maui. We booked a second dinner at the Banyon Tree restaurant on-site and tried out the new menu.

From an interesting watermelon caprese salad to the tasty black garlic short ribs and red curry seafood bowl we found some great choices.

And when the dessert menu came we could not choose so tried two. The dark chocolate tart was perfect. And the Hawaiian version of Ba-Nan-Yan’s Foster a very tasty surprise.
