SOLD OUT. 🤎 I honestly don’t know where to begin. Our Autumn Wellness Day has officially sold out… and I’m completely blown away. After opening our presale on Friday, the tickets only went out to the general public today and to think they’ve all sold on the very first day of general sale is something I never imagined. When I started Breathe with Steph, my hope was simply to create a welcoming space where women could come together, slow down, reconnect and support one another. I’m so passionate about solution based activities. I’m just astonished at how many people are now apart of our community! Thank you to every single person who has bought a ticket, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or supported this little dream in any way. Every message, comment and word of encouragement has helped us build something incredibly special. I can’t wait to welcome you all in October for a day of connection, wellbeing and community. Our wonderful practitioners are already busy planning a truly special day, and I honestly can’t wait to share it with you. This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited for what the future holds for Breathe with Steph. Here’s to building a community where every woman feels seen, supported and never alone. From the bottom of my heart… and I mean it with every bit of me …thank you. 🤎

I have just finished the longest day at work and logged on to Eventbrite to see how many tickets have gone… 😭😭😭😭 I can’t blooming believe it! Thank you so much to each and every one of you. I’m absolutely blown away. It’s the best feeling knowing that so many women are excited about this community. I now have WAY more people on the presale list who are yet to get their tickets than I have tickets remaining! 😳 So, unless you’ve changed your mind, I really wouldn’t leave it too long if you’re planning to come. I could honestly burst with excitement that this little idea I had all those months ago has turned into something so special. Thank you again, everyone. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.

Where do I even begin? 🤎 What an incredible day yesterday. I’m still on such a high, and reading all of your lovely messages and feedback has made me realise that every bit of hard work was completely worth it. Firstly, a huge thank you again, to every single one of you who came along and trusted me to create our very first Breathe with Steph Wellness Day. I also want to take a moment to thank some amazing local businesses who helped bring everything I imagined to life, I would highly recommend all of them! Electra, for capturing the day through promotional footage and helping us preserve such special memories of where we began. Craig Troth, for designing my new logo. Katherine at Fingerprints for creating my posters, pull-up banner and designing all of my branding. She has been an absolute delight to work with. Cumbria Embroidery & Print for stitching 70 logos onto our yoga mats! A job that nobody else wanted to take on, but they absolutely delivered. Christine Dacre, my incredibly talented go to baker. The cakes were a huge hit! A huge thank you also to our wonderful facilitators. The yoga, sound bath and Earth Experience exceeded every expectation, and I’m so grateful for the care, knowledge and passion each of you brought to the day. Thank you to Abbey House for the beautiful Cavendish Suite and the delicious Mediterranean buffet. Our resident psychotherapist, Ann Marie, whose calm and supportive presence added another crucial layer of care throughout the day. And of course, Jonny, for never failing to support me in every way he could! ❤️ Yesterday reminded me exactly why I started Breathe with Steph, to bring people together through solution focused wellness experiences where everyone feels welcome, supported and able to just breathe. I’m already so excited for our Autumn Wellness Day on Sunday 11th October, and tickets will be launching very soon! If you’d like to join the waiting list and receive first refusal when tickets are released, send me a message and I’ll happily add you. 🤎 This is just the beginning! 🤎 Steph x #womenswellness #breathewithsteph #yoga #soundbath #earthexperience
