Self-care Sanctuary 2022, that’s a wrap!

What a wonderful day with a community of special women. Love this Tribe 🖤

We like to offer a range of yoga styles so there’s something to suit everyone, and with Vinyasa, Hatha, Face Yoga and Yoga Nidra on offer today we certainly delivered 🧘🏻‍♀️

Self-care is more than just stepping on your yoga mat. For the first time we showcased some home-made, natural and cruelty-free beauty options, leaving us all glowing ✨

Plus our popular cook-along class went down a storm, with our attendees impressing us with their bread-making and baking skills 🥐

If you missed out, the recordings for our virtual retreat day programme will be available soon, DM if you want to be involved!

Huge thanks to @rosiecub and @earthlovinglinds for their support and sharing their teaching expertise. To everyone who joined us live today and shared your time and energy, we appreciate you!

I love the fresh ideas and energy that come when a new advisor joins our Weleda family. Please welcome the lovely Lisa from @florences.kitchen to our team in Gloucestershire. What a gorgeous picture of the products she's now able to share with friends and family from her skincare starter kit.
.
(Lisa's original post) - Welcome to Weleda - the shop/ gardening bench is open!!
.
What changes have you made to your skin and body care during the pandemic? Maybe like me when we first went into lockdown I made a conscious decision to make use of half pots of cream, body washes, shower and bath lotions and potions, and I certainly didn’t bother with any makeup. As the year continued and the recycling bin, where possible filled with empties, I spent time researching what I actually wanted to put onto my skin.
.
I’ve been a vegetarian for many years and more recently I’ve embraced a plant based vegan diet. I am a true believer that we are what we eat, so it has become even more important to me that the beliefs I have about the food I eat and cook should be no different to what I put on my face and body.
.
About 6 months ago I started to use #weleda pomegranate anti ageing range. We were coming into autumn and a time of year when my skin needs more moisturising and tlc. I was aware of the powerful nutrient quality of pomegranates, vitamin C, B5, potassium with antioxidant polyphenols make this range ideal for supporting the regeneration abilities of the skin.
.
I’ve since been using various products, including arnica oil and the juices and elixirs.
.
And now I have decided to join @weledauk with the help of @weledagloucester - so if there’s anything you’d like to know, a product you’d like to sample please message me.
.
Those who know me know I am a passionate foodie, I wouldn’t cook or serve a meal I wouldn’t eat myself, and the same goes for what I use on my skin and body.
.
Happy Sunday xxx

“ I was super excited to receive my ♻️ packaging of goodies from @sparkles.eco.shop
I’ve been looking for sponges and scourers which aren’t made of plastic so looking forward to giving these a try #biodegradablekitchensponge from the @zerowasteclub and #coconutdishscrubber @zerowasteclub
As a family we’ve been using bars of soap for a while, the scent of the #rosegeranium is so uplifting, the #teatree #soap will be brilliant in the kitchen both by @friendlysoapltd and the #coffeesacks well I can’t resit a little upcycling project, with the better weather coming we need so cushions for the garden 🪴 A massive thank you to @sparkles.eco.shop for having such a wonderful eco site 🙏🏻 “
