The Earth has music for the ones who listen.

Stillness has the answers. ✨💚

The more you listen, the more you’ll see.

Back to the root. Back to myself. 🌱✨
This season is an invitation to ground, soften, and remember: we are nature, and nature never rushes. Healing is remembering our own rhythm, returning to the wisdom of the Earth, and letting the body be the first home.

If you feel the call to reconnect, to breathe deeply, and to honor your roots — join me in our next Moon Circle 🌙💫
🪷 Breathwork • Yoga • Sound Healing • Integration
📍Lulumahu Falls | Sept 20, 12:30 pm

After weeks of movement and expansion, my body asked me to ground again. 🌿✨
That’s why I’m opening the second Moon Circle: Back to the Root 🌑💚.
We’ll gather next Saturday by the waterfalls for a unique afternoon of breathwork, yoga, sound healing, and deep integration.
A space to root down, recharge, and rise together.

Spots are limited - DM for yours!
