Feeling like life is whooping yo' ass? Life is your perfect sparring partner. 🤼‍♂️ Before you were born your spirit was like "Yeah, I'll give that being human thing a go!" 💫 You signed up to spar with life but what you didn't know is that you're not allowed to leave the the ring until she says so.🥊 It's like the game of Jumanji - you've rolled the dice so you're playing. Sometimes you're gunna get suckerpunched until you learn to duck, dip, dodge and dive around it. Life likes to do that for us. It's easy to feel frustrated and down because the same stuff is giving you trouble but I pray that you hold onto a belief that life is looking to teach you something and make you stronger. If that was true, what is life trying to help you with? Learn to find the teaching and you'll learn to rise with life and not fight against it. Thank you to my sparring partner @florian.luck for helping me to rise as a man. Thanks to @ana_marta_dias for her beautiful photography. #LifeLessons #Coaching #EmotionalIntelligence #PersonalGrowth

#CONNECTION Yesterday I treated myself with the @rosemarydream Experience Day. A Day Off at a Place I haven’t been before with total strangers. Who believes that we just met yesterday! That’s the magic and power of honesty and simplicity! Opening up, showing your vulnerability, observing and listening each other with sensibility, body-language, being present, giving, receiving. We did different meaningful connection exercises, meditation, and a wonderful hike through the woods in Florianópolis/Brazil. Thank you to the beautiful souls - from 6 different nations, who shared the day with me with all their rawness and stories 🙏🏻✨ Thank you @flo.luck for facilitating this encounter! 🙌🏽 Thank you @leaozinho1989 & co-creators of @rosemarydream for creating such a magical & inspiring place! #dayoffvibes #travelvibes #encounter #sharingiscaring #soulfood #encontrodealmas #unitednations #nationsunited #generationsens8 #vulnerability #rawness #discoveryourself #discovertheworld #discoverpeople #empathy #bounding #liveraw #lifeisnow
