Helping ambitious professionals, creators, and founders perform at their best through flow states and nervous system regulation - without burnout.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The biggest lie told in the business and manifestation space is that if it’s right, it will feel good.

Followed closely by the golden rule of staying “regulated” no matter what.

I was teaching a certification session on Thursday, and what came up from clients who had been through real burnout or genuinely hard seasons was fascinating. Without realising it, they had made burnout and chaos wrong in their minds. So subconsciously, they had been choosing safety over any form of stretch, and that has been quietly capping their growth ever since.

The mind is clever though. It justifies the avoidance perfectly. “I’m staying regulated.” “I’m just following what feels good.” It sounds like wisdom. It is actually a ceiling.

Here is the truth nobody wants to say out loud, in business, you have to edge your capacity. You have to be willing to meet what feels unknown, which is genuinely frightening. And sometimes the only way to find out where your limit actually is, is to accidentally cross it.

Most people are operating on a tiny percentage of what is actually possible for them, in the name of safety. You are not as fragile as you think. There is an entire tank inside you that has never been touched.

And here is the piece nobody adds, building something new in business, doing the thing you have never done before, will be messy. You will fail somewhere along the way. You will miss a target. It will be chaotic, because that is what building actually looks like.

If you make that chaos wrong, you will try it once, feel the mess, and retreat straight back into your box. But if you accept chaos as a natural part of birthing a new level of your life, not something to avoid, you actually get further, faster.

So I’ll ask you the same thing I asked the room on Thursday:

What are you putting off right now, that you already know is right, purely because making the decision would feel like an edge?

@evolve_festival – I went with no expectations, no pressure, just with open hearts 🤍 I returned with more than I could have ever imagined: new friends who feel like family, countless kind words about our products, smiles that will stay with me for a long time, and conversations that truly nourished the soul 🌱

It was a time of connection, closeness, and inspiration. Thank you 🌀

There are moments in life when things suddenly get absolutely overwhelming, busy and chaotic. However, the situation requires us to stay focused, on point and collected. This has been my case this week, as I have started to work on a new project after a bit of a break. What helped me stay aligned, focused and full of vitality ? These 5 basic principles that I coach in my flow program:
1. Keep lowering your cognitive load- by avoiding useless focus consuming activities like phone scrolling, insta , etc. simply switch your phone off for a while
2. Take regular breaks and spend time outdoor as much as possible- go for a walk during lunch break!
3. Meditate before you start your day- to set yourself for a calm and centered day ahead
4. Find a quick way to regulate your nervous system throughout the day ( even 3 min breath work will do the job)
5. When you work - Flow! Set your boundaries and go deep into the task at hand! Stay in flow for about 90 min and enjoy the ride!
