📣 SoFlo… we’re creating space for something a little softer. ✨@flow.with.rosie

On September 19th, we’re gathering in Pembroke Pines for a half-day devoted to slowing down, reconnecting, and getting intentional about what comes next.

No rushing. No pressure to have everything figured out.

Just a few beautiful hours to reset, reflect & realign through meaningful conversation, nourishing food, creativity, and community.

🌸 Connection Circle
🥗 Nourishing Lunch
✨ Vision Board Experience
🎁 Curated Goodie Bag
🧘🏾‍♀️ Space to simply {be}

This is an intimate gathering of 8–10 people, intentionally kept small so there’s room for genuine connection.

📍 Pembroke Pines, FL
📅 September 19, 2026
⏰ 10 AM–3 PM
Investment: $175

If something in you has been whispering, “I need a moment for me…” perhaps this is that moment. 🦋

Come as you are. Leave a little clearer, lighter, and more connected to where you’re going next.

Reset. Reflect. Realign. 💗

What a night!! Last week we had the opportunity to see the @kennedyryan1 during her #Score book tour. Not only is she an incredible author, she is the most authentic human being. I loved listening to her talk through her process and how her stories and characters come to life. Her passion for social justice comes through so vividly when she speaks (and in her threads clap backs!). I finally got to meet @jourdanbts (even though I clearly can’t take a selfie 🤣). Her and @4jordanae did an incredible job as moderators. They brought great questions and a great vibe 🧡💚

Happy Mother’s Day to all the beautiful mothers who have graced us with their presence here at The Anchor. We deeply love and appreciate the strong women who take the time to care for themselves so they can continue caring for the world around them every single day. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey, your healing, and your rest.

Sometimes the answer isn’t to push harder. Sometimes the answer is to pause, breathe, reconnect to yourself, and let your nervous system finally feel safe again. That’s what we create at The Anchor. A space where healing, rest, connection, and transformation can happen naturally. Come retreat with us and let your soul exhale.

Sometimes the life you want is just one brave year away.
One year of choosing yourself.
One year of healing instead of avoiding.
One year of stepping into rooms, experiences, and conversations that change you forever.

At The Anchor, we create the space for you to slow down, reconnect, and become the version of yourself you’ve been searching for. Facilitator @flow.with.rosie

When you allow yourself to wander, explore, and travel… you usually come back finding the parts of yourself you’ve been missing. There’s something powerful about stepping away from your everyday life long enough to reconnect with who you are underneath all the noise. Let The Anchor create that space for you, a place to rest, reflect, heal, and come home to yourself again. Facilitator @flow.with.rosie
