#tbt to @culturecon last year!! “take up space” my biggest takeaway was that entrepreneurship is spiritual. I really admired how @ciara and @tarajiphenson both emphasized their relationship with God when it came to betting on themselves and their success. It was a very timely time for me to be reminded of this🙏🏿 i love @culturecon @cultureconcollective and can’t wait to see what’s in store for this weekend. In skill or mastery there’s usually untold truths and battles that got us there. Some people find outlets for their pain others internalize it. RELEASE IS NECESSARY for the bodily functions to heal. Are you releasing or letting your pain, trauma eat at you? Some of us were blessed to feel emotions to it’s highest magnitude and although a gift it feels like a curse when it’s on a negative spectrum like ,loss, heartbreak, disappointment etc.

This wasn’t just an event. It was a reintroduction. To my clients, past, present, and future. To my friends and my family. And honestly, to myself. Summer 2025 was LOUD. It was money, constant movement, exhaustion & new faces. But somewhere in all of that, I lost sight of my why. I lost clarity & felt out of alignment. And as the year came to an end, I knew I wanted to move differently going into 2026. So I slowed us down & got us out of our heads and back into our bodies. We stretched. We flowed. We breathed. We reflected. 🧘🏾‍♀️ I was very intentional about who I invited into this space. Current clients, past clients, close friends and women I admire. I wanted this to feel intimate. Not loud. Not crowded. A space where everyone felt seen. We stretched with @flow4fluidity created vision boards, shared stories, laughed, ate, drank, and poured into one another. And hearing that the women are still talking about it, still feeling it & still excited for what’s next lets me know I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. 🥺 Thank you to my team, Keisha, Des & Rissa. I truly could not have done this without you ladies. Thank you to every woman who trusted me with her time, space, and energy. And thank you to @onceuponacoconut for pouring into my girls and converting a few coconut water skeptics. 😏 This year is about intention. If it doesn’t align, it’s a no.
