White Jade Hairy Crab (白玉蟹)

Purity at its core.

Developed through eight years of meticulous research by Shanghai Ocean University’s College of Fisheries and Life Science, this extraordinary breed is raised under strict quality controls in pristine, seaweed-nourished waters. It yields exceptionally clean, naturally sweet meat, Once deshelled, the delicate leg meat glistens with the signature luster of rich crab oil—a true masterpiece of modern aquaculture.

Hairy crab season just started, female crab is better for now but the male crab was already so creamy and rich with golden glaze of crab oil! Can’t imagine when it’s in Nov/Dec!

🌟5/5 @flowerdrumhk dined here many times but this is the first time which everything was beyond PERFECTION. Their lemon pepper shark fin (柠香黑椒虎翅) was out of the world delicious and also very innovative.

Happy Meal comes with Happy Bottles lately, yet I'm not quite sure about the Happy Ending tho. 😟🥤
