I don’t feel like autumn is quite autumning just yet… especially when today has been a very sunny 24°C!

So, until those crisp autumnal days arrive, my gorgeous handmade wreath is staying on the door a little while longer. Then I’ll swap it for my burnt-orange autumn wreath and fully embrace the season.

I love having a wreath on the door throughout the year and changing them with the seasons. This one has been with me for five years — indoors, outdoors and moved between more rooms than I can count because, well… I’m forever moving things around!

For now though, she’s staying right where she is. 🤎

What wonderful human beings these pair are! And, I’ve got to include all their gorgeous family and friends too.

I feel so incredibly lucky to meet all the people that I do and the couples that I capture because I always seem to find the most caring, loving and genuine group of people.

Your kindness yesterday meant so much to me and at the end of the night, I was completely blown away by all the words you shared with me and so please know, I shall hold onto your words forever. You know who you are! 🧡

Did I wish to leave Molly & Jamie last night? No! It was a heartfelt day filled with laughter and happy tears from the moment I got there to the time that I left. I’m not afraid to say that my eyes leaked yesterday too!

Thank you SO much for having me, it meant the absolute world and I shall be forever grateful you picked me as your photographer.

I adore this time of year. Autumn certainly arrived in the most beautiful fashion. Elsham Hall suits the September hues perfectly. I was most certainly in my element, with the sun shining on all the right moments.

And so, here are just some of the many, many moments from yesterday’s beauty.

Oh my. How have I not posted Daisy and Owen from last July. I swear I did but maybe it was seeing @flowerysarah photos of her beautiful florals confusing my depleted wedding season brain.
Belter of a day at The Grange, Leverton for this gorgeous couple. Started off throwing it down and then we had the most amazing sunset (and some unruly sheep which we found out that Owen was a natural at herding if my memory serves me right)

ABBIE & JACK

Oh my! What a tearjerker!! I lost count the amount of times I had leaky eyes behind the lens. Yesterday, my heart was most certainly there with this beautiful couple. Abbie & Jack, you are so loved!

I adored this wedding! There were so many gorgeously crafted personal elements throughout this day. Where to even begin? From the live artist capturing guests in the most perfect way to remembering loved ones, the “home” of this special day, were all its people. What an absolute joy!

Abbie & Jack, I shall talk about your day for such a long time to come because it was beautiful in every single way. The reason? Because you are both perfect, and so, so kind and thoughtful. Thank you for choosing me.
