Moments from my wonderful experience training at @itmschoolthailand for Thai Massage level 1 & 2.
I learned so much about a completely different style of massage, and culture, a truly eye opening and expansive experience
So thankful for the teachers at ITM and my colleagues there 🙂 💆‍♀️ 🇹🇭 ♥️

A little over a year ago @flowrsandfire & @falla_burning and I took a road trip to ABQ for the balloon fiesta. I started making this collage, finished 95% of it, then forgot about it for a whole year. But here it is! Late but really cool and we had a great time and it’s nice to have a little collage as a visual memory

Surprise visitor(s), a murder mystery party, and baby animals! One of the best bdays ever. I still can’t believe Bob Sauna was the murderer all along.

“It was the best of times, it was the blurst of times”
I said goodbye to 4yrs at Barrett’s, it is bittersweet. I got really lucky with some of the best co-workers one could ask for so glad many have become life long friendships (I hope) . Also some of the best regular customers there ever was ! Who knows maybe you’ll see me there again, celebrity barista shift?! Love you @barrettscoffee FAM ! #barista #baristababes #austincoffee #austinbarista #imnotcrying

This time last year I took this selfie holding my head high, even though my soul felt completely defeated.
2025 did not start gently.
My business, of 5 years, was stagnant.
A company I was working for went bankrupt.
I had no clarity on what was next. I just knew something had to change.

Sometimes God clears the path before he reveals the plan.👁️👁️

At the time, I was also working partime as a Reiki Practitioner, alongside a psychotherapist, doing meaningful, soulful work, but felt a deep nudge to broaden my scope of practice. Soooooo, I made the intuitively impulsive decision to invest in myself and enroll in a 500hr massage therapist program. It was time to fully immerse in the Healing Arts. Little did I know it would change my life in the most profound way.

I rekindled my love for anatomy, physiology and kinesiology. I embraced new colleagues, formed beautiful friendships, and began planting the seeds for my new business— still unfolding… still becoming, as we speak.🪬

Massage school was exciting, yet challenging- long days, weekly 100+ question clinical tests/quizzes, daily hands on practicum for massage techniques in swedish, orthopedic, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, pregnacy, and myofascial release + 50hrs of internship massages that left me with tired hands, arms and elbows😅. There were definitely some doubt-filled moments, but I walked away feeling accomplished.🏆

I graduated.🎯
I passed the national MBLEx exam.🎯
I got my license. 🎯
I have clarity now. 🎯

I am so grateful God always has a plan. Even when it may seem like a dead end, there is sure to be something on the horizon. 🌈🙏🏾🫶🏾 Can’t wait to share more with you!! ♥️
