If you’ve been wanting to step into your flow with the sacred circle, Jess (@flowtoletgo) will be teaching an all levels hula hooping workshop on Saturday at 4pm!

We will drill some basic moves and learn a fun sequence that you can weave into your unique flow.

Tricks (or treats) taught will depend on the group’s overall skill level.

don’t worry, we wont play with fire... yet ❤️‍🔥

You’ll need to bring your own hoop, or borrow one from a friend ;)
If you don’t have one, it’s okay, I also have a few extras and we can always share

I started my hoop journey back in 2015 with a hoop I randomly bought at Walmart lol. I started playing around with it on Folly Beach, and it’s been such a beautiful journey ever since. My hoop is truly my best friend on the dance floor, and a great way to connect with our ever expanding flow community.

Come play with me! <3
