It’s a bittersweet moment at Heartsease today as we celebrate Isabel and wish her all the best in her next adventure! 💐💚

Isabel was one of our very first employees and has played such an important role in helping Heartsease grow into what it is today. Her warmth, kindness, and contagious smile have made our office a brighter place for both our team and the families we serve.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re also so excited for all that awaits her in this next chapter! 🥹

Isabel, thank you for growing with us, believing in our mission, and being such a special part of the Heartsease family. You’ll always have a place in our hearts!

You’ll be missed, but we’re cheering you on every step of the way! 💚✨

A little paint, a few flowers, and lots of good conversation. 🌸🪴🎨

Our Heartsease team traded the therapy rooms for a little creativity and some much-needed time together!

We painted pots, planted flowers, laughed a lot, and enjoyed getting to slow down and just hang out with each other. 💚

When you spend your days taking care of others, it’s nice to have moments that remind us to take care of ourselves too. And sometimes self-care really is this simple—good company, something creative, and a night where no one has to talk about work.

Of course, a group of therapists can never completely avoid good conversation!

Feeling extra grateful for this crew and the fun we have together. 🌱🤍

Wrapping up Mental Health Awareness Month the best way we know how — with movement, connection, community, and a whole lot of green. 💚

Seeing families, friends, counselors, and community members come together reminded us that healing doesn’t always happen in an office — sometimes it happens through laughter, support, and simply showing up for one another.

Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, volunteered, and cheered others on during our 1st Annual Heartsease 5K Fun Run. This was more than a fun run… it was a reminder that no one has to do life alone.

Here’s to stronger connections, bigger conversations around mental health, and this only being the beginning. 💚

This launch is worth celebrating—because it took a team to get here 🎉🤍

Year one at Heartsease was built together. Every session 🧸, every shared idea 💡, and every moment of support added another block to the foundation we stand on today 🧱✨ As a team, we created spaces filled with safety, connection, and play—and that work truly matters.

Now, it’s time for lift-off 🚀

Year two is about growing together 🌱, dreaming bigger 💭, and continuing to show up for the children and families who trust us with their stories 🤍 We’re proud of what we’ve built, excited for what’s ahead, and grateful for the team that makes it all possible 👏💛

Here’s to teamwork 🤝, growth 🌈, and a whole lot of heart 💛
Heartsease is officially launching into year two—together 🚀✨
