Who knew a 5K run could bring a community together over something as simple as a donut? 🍩🏃‍♀️

Today I had the opportunity to capture Fluffy Glaze’s 5th 5K Donut Run, and I walked away with so much more than a box of donuts.

While runners were out getting their steps in, the team was working behind the scenes preparing ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT original glazed donuts for everyone crossing that finish line!

And yes, we’re talking about donuts with just 2g of sugar and approximately 108 calories each! 🤯

With 21 flavours to choose from, donuts made fresh daily, and never frozen, there’s already so much to love about Fluffy Glaze.

But here’s what stood out to me the most…

It’s not just about the donuts. It’s about the people.

It’s about creating a reason for strangers to come together, for people to get active, for friendships to form, and for a local business to become part of something bigger.

And I think that’s something worth celebrating.

A huge shoutout to the owners and the entire Fluffy Glaze team for pouring so much heart into creating experiences like this for our community. ❤️

And of course, I couldn’t head home without bringing a box back for my family!

Because here’s your reminder that you can work out, prioritize your health, be mindful of what you eat, and STILL enjoy the things you love without feeling guilty about it.

Life is about balance, not restriction. 🍩

Now I want to know… would you run 5K if there were unlimited donuts waiting at the finish line? 👀

We posted fewer reels in September than in August, and our views more than doubled.

That's the opposite of what we expected. 57K views, 83% of them from people who had never heard of us, and a page that went from 89 to 151 followers.

We show every number every month, including the ones that sting.

Building something of your own too? Follow along and like this one so it reaches the next person 🌱
