Cleaned the chev for heritage weekend, next weekend. Finally looking good now with the @efihardware 4 barrel throttle body, and custom manifold. Lots of time spent tuning cold and hot start, street cars are always way hard and time consuming to tune, especially adding drive by wire! Thanks to @racepipes_ryan for weld jobs on the injector bosses and exhaust bits...
Car is fitted with the following.....
Adaptronic m2000 with dbw module
Holley intank stealth fuel pump returnless module
Bosch 347cc inductors
Microtech Xbox for ignition

ACCEPTED ENTRANT; Joanne Darwin 1959 Chevrolet El Camino. Ballarat, Victoria. Well they don’t come much sweeter than this one. Owner/builders @flowjo59 & @flukesgarage set out an almost impossible task of reviving this mighty fine 59 chevy over a couple of years. I remember first meeting Anthony a couple of years ago & seeing the quarters removed off the car. I thought to myself this guy is in way too deep on that thing!! But a true testament of their skills, the husband & wife duo not only got the body restored, they airbagged it, got the interior retrimmed beautifully stock & absolutely knocked the Watson inspired paint job out of the park!! The colour scheme, stance, overall appeal & pure determination to get what they wanted are all reasons why this car is a very worthy recipient of a spot in our show. Plus they’re lovely people!! Congratulations again Joanne & Anthony - see you in October at the show 👍

#metalsurgery , bit radical but #35chevy needs a bit more door clearance. Seems #holdenbody of this era is not arrogate side to side
