This weekend was the whole point.

Boat. My kids surfing behind it, laughing the whole time. Barbecue smoke in the air. Friends who feel like family. Church Sunday morning, grounding all of it.

And then the texts started coming in. Happy Father’s Day messages from people I love — some I haven’t talked to in months. Reading through them hit different this year. Not because of what I’ve built. Because of who showed up to say it mattered.

Father’s Day has a way of putting things in order. Not the hustle. Not the next goal. This — right here. People I love, present, together, telling me so.

If you’re grinding so hard you forgot why — this is your reminder. The whole point was never the achievement. It was always the people who text you on a Sunday just to say they’re grateful for you.

**Tag a dad you’re grateful for — or just tell me one word that describes your weekend.**

Happy Mother’s Day to the most beautiful woman I know—inside and out. Monica, you are a woman of God, full of strength, grace, and unstoppable anointing. You lead our family with wisdom, love fiercely, and carry the power of heaven in everything you do. You’re my best friend, my partner, and the heart of our home.

‘She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.’ – Proverbs 31:25

I love you more than words can say.”

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17

Palm Sunday will forever hold a special place in my heart… I had the honor of baptizing my son at Texas A&M. Watching him declare his faith in Jesus was one of the greatest moments of my life.

This is my son, in whom I am well pleased.
(Matthew 3:17)

New life. New identity. Forever changed.

🎓🌍 We are so proud of our son, Noah Sample, as he graduates from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and steps into an incredible opportunity to serve in Tokyo, Japan with STUMO (Student Mobilization)!

STUMO is a collegiate ministry that equips students to impact the world for Christ. Noah will be serving in the 10/40 Window—the region of the world with the highest concentration of people who have never heard the Gospel. His mission is to bring hope, love, and the Good News of Jesus to those who need it most.

“How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” – Romans 10:15

This is a chance to invest in eternity. If you feel led to partner with Noah, we’d love for you to be part of his journey. No gift is too small—every dollar goes toward fulfilling this mission. Simply scan the QR code to give and help Noah share the Gospel in Japan.

🌿 Exciting Opportunity in Spicewood, Texas! 🌿

Hey plant enthusiasts! I’m Dustin, owner of Dustin’s Pottery here in Spicewood, TX, and I’m on a mission to create an exceptional indoor plant haven at our greenhouse off Hwy 71. With 18,500 new homes expected in the area over the next three years, Spicewood is growing fast—and it needs a quality source for beautiful, high-quality indoor plants.

We’ve got the infrastructure, steady retail traffic, and established wholesale connections to create an amazing plant experience for our community. All we need is the right partner with a passion for plants and a vision to help bring this space to life!

I’d love to be fully operational by Spring 2025, so if you have a background in horticulture or just love the idea of creating a lush, welcoming greenhouse space, message me for more details. This is a unique chance to be part of Spicewood’s green future! 🌱

“Let’s plant seeds today that will grow into the beauty of tomorrow. Together, we can cultivate a greener, more vibrant community. 🌱”

Hard to believe 1 year ago today our home burned down.

Thank you to everyone that helped, gave and prayed…. Honestly not sure we would have made it without each and every one of you. We love you.

God is a restorer and redeemer. He has been rebuilding our lives brick by brick everyday since, … better and stronger.

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61:1-3‬ ‭NIV‬‬
