Greensboro has a lot more going on than most people realize.

Today I sat in on an economic development update from Brent Christensen, President and CEO of the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, and I took notes for you:

🚚 More than 100 people move to the area every day
🔋 Toyota’s battery plant in nearby Liberty has 3,000+ employees, with a goal of 5,000 by about 2034
✈️ PTI has 14 nonstop destinations and about 50 daily flights
🎓 18 colleges and universities in the region, with about 120,000 students
💵 Cost of living is 6.1% below the national average
🌳 And when the workday’s done, there are greenways, lake trails and parks all over town

🏠 Mid-Century homes have my whole heart. Give me the architecture. Give me the lines. Give me the vintage kitchen. I will be emotionally invested immediately.
🎶 Music is non-negotiable. Sleep Token, Dayseeker & Sleep Theory are in heavy rotation.
✨ Unofficial Disney Princess. No formal certification. Just vibes.
🎬 And if you pull up next to me at a stoplight and ZOMBIES is blasting? Mind your business. Sterling and I are busy singing Someday like we ARE Zed and Addison on our way to the Science Center. 😂
Most likely to be found: hosting an Open House, talking about houses, scouting neighborhoods, or asking someone where they got their coffee.
Because yes, real estate is my job — but people are my why.
