A brilliant evening celebrating Wales’ creative community!

Last Friday, we supported @blackswan_productions for the launch of @blackswanverticals in Cardiff, bringing together talent from across the Welsh creative industries.

A huge thank you to our panel speakers for sharing their knowledge, experience and insights, and to everyone who came along and helped make the evening such a success.

We heard some fascinating conversations about the future of interactive storytelling and Welsh scripted filmmaking, heard more about Black Swan Verticals, and got an exclusive first look at the trailer for their debut vertical micro-drama, Murder at Macintosh Manor.

Here’s to more events that bring the creative community together! 🙌

Birthdays are always a time to reflect on your life, past, present, and also to look forwards at the future. This birthday I’ve just been so incredibly grateful for the people I am surrounded by. All beautiful, creative and kind souls. Hope the next passage around the sun is just as incredible, and that I get to grow and learn as much as I have this year. And thank you for everyone who is a part of that journey with me❤️

Meet Sam (@flyingmonkey_sun), who worked alongside @haydnwakeling to produce our first vertical micro drama!

Sam also took up the role of 1st AD on this project and helped bring her vast experience in the vertical space to our new but passionate creative team. 🎬

Without Sam, we would not have had such a fantastic shooting week and we would not have ended up with such brilliant footage.

Hard to imagine that we can have so much fun and film more than 10 (or more) pages of scripted content... per day! 🕵️‍♂️
