These team workouts are not about success or failure. They are about accountability to the person to the left and right of you. It’s about giving your all and never giving up pushing to the point of breaking and then pushing just a little farther because the person next to you is counting on you. A couple of weeks ago was my last day working at 1st Phorm.

So I wanted to thank everyone that has been a part of my journey. Words can not express how grateful I am for getting to work with so many amazing people.

Countless memories were made that I will never forget, I had constant support whether I was doing good or bad, and I believe I have grown more in my time with you guys, than I ever could have on my own.

So thank you all for everything! I would not be the same without 1P, and you will always be phamily.

The people really do make the party, and it was one hell of a party🎉

I know it’s cliche, but this is not a goodbye, because I will see you all later!!

I am not able to tag anywhere near as many people as I want to, but this applies to everyone in the phamily😄

June 3rd marked 1 WHOLE YEAR at @1stphorm! (Last week was a tad crazy in my new roll 😆 sorry for the late celebratory post)

What a year it’s been! I look back on all the raised eyebrows when I said I wanted to leave education, and I look back on the fear I sometimes had making that decision.

But now I walk into work every day these days knowing that decision will forever be one of the best decisions I ever made!

I now have the opportunity to love, care for, entertain, and spoil others for MY CAREER! It simply does not get better than that!

And doing it for 1st Phorm was one of those dreams that felt so far out of reach that I almost never even chased it or applied! How wild to think where life would be had I not taken that chance.

There’s a lot of things like that in life. You must be willing to get out of your comfort zone and chase all of your goals, even the ones that feel far out of reach right now.

Not a day goes by that I can’t say “I love my job!” Even when it’s hard or even on long days! I can still say it. That in itself, is a dream come true!

1st Phorm, I (and so many others) love to call you home! 🏠
