six years being dizzy n i still can't catch my breath 𖦹 ´ ᯅ ` 𖦹 !!

on september 7, 2020, i ignored all of my inhibitions and decided to try out my first cosplay. nothing could have prepared me for the the wave of support i received over the years. navigating this hobby as a child of the internet was messy and hilariously vulnerable. i am so grateful to have had the privilege to grow and learn as a cosplayer with so much external love and support guiding me through this process.

there is no community i love quite like the cosplay community. with all of its unfinished hems, this community deserves to be fought for along with the people who are apart of it. thank you for forgiving me, teaching me, and advocating for me when i need it.

to all of the friends i've made through this hobby, thank you for being the force that keeps me upright. not many people get to say they met their future bridesmaids, doctors, estheticians, n pharmacists on a con floor... but i'm so glad i can. (ㅅ´ ˘ `)

when i was thirteen, i met two of my best friends in the world that i've experienced every aspect of cosplay with. kai and adri, thank you for loving every version of me. sometimes i look at you guys a second longer than usual and i catch a glimpse of your past reflection. i love you guys forever.

to the most FAMOUSSSS woman in my group chats...
lovely lovely mama karla. thank you so much to my mom for always nurturing my passions. from every costume to every hotel, your generosity knows no bounds.

and of course, thank you to my followers n mutuals for your endless encouragement, patience, and ferocity. you are love personified. i don't even have the words.
