A little look inside our Goa retreat bag where every product was chosen with intention.

Just Be… Complete was about looking at wellbeing as a whole, so we wanted the things our guests took home to continue that philosophy too.

🌙 F+NCTION CALM - our evening ritual. A cacao-based collagen blend with 10g marine collagen peptides alongside magnesium, glycine and L-theanine, plus botanicals including ashwagandha, chamomile, passionflower and reishi. Magnesium supports normal nervous-system and psychological function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while vitamin C supports normal collagen formation. It felt like the perfect combination of skin, body, recovery and an intentional moment to wind down.

🍫 Hu Cashew Butter + Pure Vanilla Bean - nourishment should include pleasure. Made with organic Fairtrade cacao, cashew butter, cocoa butter, vanilla and unrefined coconut sugar, with no dairy, gluten or refined sugar. We wanted something delicious that reflected our belief that wellness doesn’t have to mean restriction.

☕ London Nootropics - something for the morning ritual: adaptogenic coffee blends that turn an everyday cup of coffee into a more intentional moment for energy, focus and starting the day.

✨ NEOVA DNA Total Repair - something for the outside, too. After days spent in the Goa sunshine, skincare was an important part of the whole-body approach, a reminder that caring for ourselves extends to our skin as well.

Mind. Body. Skin. Nourishment. Ritual.

Nothing was added just to fill a bag. We wanted every piece to represent a different part of the retreat and give our guests a little ritual to take home with them. 🤍

The little moments that made Goa so special. The rituals, the conversations, the laughter, the stillness, the sunsets and most importantly, the beautiful souls we got to share it all with.

A few days of slowing down, connecting deeply and being completely present.

These are the moments we’ll carry home with us.

Thank you @nalandaretreat and @london.nootropics @neovasmartskincare @hukitchen @fnction.co for the wonderful goodies 🤍

We’re delighted to welcome F+NCTION to The Natural Dispensary as a new supplying partner.

Taking a modern approach to everyday wellbeing, F+NCTION focuses on foundational health, creating considered products designed to fit naturally into everyday routines.

Buyer, Katie, shares: "What stood out to us about F+NCTION was the thinking behind the formulation. CALM brings together a considered blend of nutrients, amino acids, adaptogens and botanicals, taking a multi-pathway approach to relaxation, sleep and recovery.”

We’re excited to now have CALM available to practitioners through The Natural Dispensary - a product developed to support everyday wellbeing and help bring a little more balance to busy lives.

We’re looking forward to working with the F+NCTION team and sharing their approach with our practitioner community.

Something a little different from me… 🎬✨
Loved being part of this advert for F+NCTION and bringing their CALM concept to life.
A beautiful reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do is slow down, switch off and give yourself a moment. 🤍
So lovely to finally share the finished advert with you.

If you are only looking for biotin, you are probably thinking too narrowly about your hair health 🔬

Hair health depends on adequate protein intake, collagen formation, micronutrients and overall wellbeing. Sleep, stress management and nutrition all play a key role.
This is why I like @fnction.co CALM. It brings together 10,000mg of marine collagen peptides, magnesium bisglycinate, L-theanine and ashwagandha in one evening ritual, supporting relaxation and recovery alongside healthy hair and nails 🌙

One nutrient in isolation is rarely the answer. Look at the whole picture.

If your mind doesn’t know how to switch off at the end of the day, I’ve found something I think will help.

I’ve been loving F+NCTION CALM as part of my evening routine. It’s designed to help support relaxation, calm and a more restful night’s sleep.

I’ve found good sleep isn’t just about the hours you spend in bed, it’s about how well you switch off, reset and allow your body to recover.

Small evening rituals make a BIG difference to my night time.

If you are spending hundreds on hair products but not sleeping properly, you could be missing one of the biggest pieces of the puzzle 🧬

Hair follicles have their own internal body clock which helps regulate the hair cycle. While we sleep, the body switches into repair and recovery mode, allowing cells throughout the body, including those in the hair follicles, to regenerate.

This is why I have been incorporating @fnction.co CALM into my evening routine. It helps me slow down and prepare for quality sleep, with L-theanine, magnesium bisglycinate and ashwagandha to support relaxation and recovery 🌙

So if healthy hair is your goal, do not just think about what you put on your hair. Think about how well you sleep.
