Selling at one of the coolest coffee shops on the Gulf Coast @foamcoffee …. and still going home with some leftovers. 🤍

That’s the reality of running a small business. Some days are busier than others, and that’s okay. Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a process, with good days, slower days, lessons, and plenty of hope along the way.

I’ll keep showing up, keep learning, and keep doing what I love.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by yesterday to support my little French bakery. It truly means a lot. 🫶🏻

Shortly before the hurricane hit the Gulf last weekend we were there, staying at the beautiful @lodgeatgsp in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We ate tons of seafood (grouper, tuna, grilled oysters, triggerfish, my weight in shrimp), drank bushwhackers and mojitos, and swam and read by the water. It was a really great trip. I’m relieved to see that most places we went and loved are back open and that clean up and rebuilding is underway. Here’s a selection of some favorite things - stay tuned for the full report on @americanweekender next month!
