Tomorrow, we make HISTORY as we host the inaugural #TEDxAvilaUniversity event in Goppert Theater 🔥

6 speakers centered around the theme of our University's mission and founders, the Sisters of St.Joseph of Carandolet, "Rooted in Values, Reaching the World" will grace our TEDx stage to share their ideas worth spreading.

🔴 For those attending in person, doors open at 9:30am and seating is first come first serve. We will start promptly at 10am.

First #TEDx rehersal in the books 💜

Super proud of our inaugural lineup of #TEDxAvilaUniversity speakers for gracing our stage today with such passion, optimism and profound energy. These folks have been working hard for the last 3 months practicing and crafting their talk for our future attendees!

Next week they will make HISTORY taking part in the first ever #TEDx event at @avilauniversity 🔥 honoring the charisms of our founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet who founded our institution 110 years ago.

This years theme is, "Rooted in Values, Reaching the World" and lucky for you we have tickets available to see all of our speakers in action next week, Wednesday, March 18th inside our Goppert Theater.

One week later and we’re still on cloud nine 🤍

Three daytime events. Three nighttime events. One unforgettable weekend.

For four months, we poured our hearts into planning, designing, producing, and managing an experience that welcomed thousands across multiple days. Every detail was intentional. Every moment carefully crafted. What started as a vision became many events in one — layered, dynamic, and full of energy.

Our skills were tested, our creativity stretched, and our capabilities expanded in the best way. With 50+ vendors, 20+ brands to manage, and three celebrity performances woven into the lineup, it was a true masterclass in collaboration and execution.

Two powerhouse teams came together to bring this weekend to life — and we can’t wait to share more behind-the-scenes moments with you.

A huge thank you to @athletesfirst for trusting us to make it all happen, and to every vendor and partner who gave their all.

Let’s just say… the Super Bowl will forever hold a special place in our hearts. 🏈✨
