After 16 incredible years, I’m saying goodbye to something that has been a part of my life forever. I’ll always treasure the memories and friendships that dance has given me. Without dance, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Dance will forever and always hold a special place in my heart 🩷🖤

A full day of treating dancers in the clinic followed by an evening at @fofdance teaching a class on core stability, alignment, and how that transitions into jumps.

I love helping dancers understand the why behind what they’re doing — not just handing them exercises, but showing them how those pieces connect back to their dancing, performance, and long-term health. Getting to work with dancers in both the rehab and studio setting is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do 🩷

If your studio is interested in a summer workshop on injury prevention, strength & conditioning, jump training, pointe readiness, and more, feel free to reach out!
