What if I told you that you could spend a few hours pretending you’re at a 90s summer camp… except one of you is secretly knocking off your fellow camp counsellors one by one? 👀🔪

Sounds kinda cool, right?

Summer Camp Slasher is the newest theme to hit @folklore.perth , throwing you straight into a 90s-style camp where everyone has a character to play, secrets to keep and a killer hiding amongst them.

Basically, make like Mulder and trust no one and try to summon your inner Sidney Prescott before you work out who the culprit is.

Pair this with a killer ‘90s / camp soundtrack in the background along as props as your resources and Folklore’s Summer Camp Slasher is far cooler than sharing ghost stories around the campfire.

I might have a few of my friends questioning my character moving forward but it was nice to be the good girl gone bad for once. 😏😉

A sure fire way to be the baddie? Have the audacity to tell the storyteller that his full bearded days 3 or so years ago was the Boho Hobo era he should never try again. 😆🫣

Folklore runs a range of themes including Monster Hunt, Hollywood Masquerade, Titan Star: Uprising and more. So there is something for everyone’s taste.

Summer Camp Slasher hits the booking system from Thursday 15th October and is perfect for groups of 10 - 20.

And for my Melbourne peeps Folklore will be spreading the good vs evil vibes in your city late October - early November.

Just another completely normal gathering when Folklore is your entertainment. 🏕️🔪

Do you ever go out and buy a heap of Halloween props for your horror inspired murder mystery game and end up making a schlocky Tarrantino homage? Yeah me neither… 😆💀🎃👻

We mixed glamour and mystery into a bubblegum pop playlist for our 90s Hollywood themed murder mystery “Vanity 96”. The goal was to find songs that either took you back in time, felt sugary like fame or ever so slightly synthetic.

What song would you add to Folklore: Vanity 96?

A little peak into what my brain sees when I watch players talk during games of folklore 😇😈

If you need more time to guess, pause and rewind. This was a brilliant event we hosted recently to celebrate Reagan’s 50th birthday.

The theme was space to go alongside Titan Star: Uprising and it delivered two of the most nail biting, against the odds wins that I’ve seen running these games. There’s just nothing better than accusing your mates of murder 🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t make the rules… oh wait… I do 😉

The misdirection is half the fun 😈👆This must’ve been a poltergeist game… oops 🤞

I heard this sound and just immediately thought of folklore. I was going through some new roles over breakfast this morning and casually said “This one’s a bit of a head f**k” to which my friend replied “and we know how much you love those…” 😬 I’m just trying to help you have fun 🤭😅
