She decided to celebrate the rains with her singing, and the rain God swept the entire city of Lucknow with Rain. It was as if you sang Raag Malhhar and Rain Poured.

Signs of a truly blessed singer by the Gods!

Nature & Vitality with my beautiful 6 year old daughter and @folksinger

Movement as a Path to Transformation

The mountain teaches humility

Nature reminds us we are not in control of everything.
You can prepare, train, and plan, but the mountain always has the final say.

Let go of the illusion that life must follow your exact plan.

Balance is dynamic, not static

When skiing, balance is constantly adjusting.
You never stay perfectly centered, you are always responding.
Growth requires flexibility, not rigidity.

Fear is information, not a command

The first time you go down a steep slope, fear rises.
But fear doesn’t mean stop, it means be present.

Old stories often say “I can’t.”
Transformation begins when we question those stories.
Falling is part of learning

Every skier falls.
The best ones simply get up faster.
Failure is not identity — it’s feedback.
Let gravity work with you

When you relax and trust your edges, the mountain carries you.

Life flows better when we stop fighting what wants to move through us. If this resonates, take this as your invitation to release one limitation today
and choose a new way of showing up.

Community + Connection

You don’t have to do this work alone.
Join me in this journey of returning to yourself.

In 2023, @kevinraich , an internationally acclaimed creative director known for his work with global brands like Meta, Apple, and Google and his girlfriend @folksinger joined us in Oaxaca to celebrate Day of the Dead.

They didn’t come to simply observe a tradition, they came to live heart of this celebration.

Thank you for trusting us with such a meaningful and unforgettable night.

If you’ve ever dreamed of experiencing Day of the Dead the way it’s truly lived in Mexico, join us in Oaxaca & Mexico City.
