Meet the storyteller turning short-form into a front door for new creators.

We are thrilled to welcome Ian Schafer to the panel for The Creative Launchpad- Beyond The Feed: Building A Creator Economy Creators Can Own

Ian knows that the way into entertainment has changed. He leads commercial strategy at Hoorae Media @hooraemedia and co-founded Ensemble, a HOORAE Media Company @followensemble, an entertainment studio powered by creators and funded by brands. He also hosts Post Credits on Bloomberg @postcreditstv, a show about the collision between the creator and Hollywood economies. His work sits right where attention is going: the time people pass with entertainment, not just the time they set aside for it.

Why you need to hear from him:
Ian is coming to the stage with a simple message to anyone building outside their 9-to-5: go out and make. He’ll be getting into:
✅Why short, vertical series are becoming the new on-ramp for people trying to make a name for themselves, the way podcasts did.
✅The reality of the creator economy: most of the people you watch have day jobs, and what that means for how you build.
✅ Why your network really is your net worth, and how a tight community opens doors.
✅ How the entertainment industry is building a second home in New Jersey, and how Newark creatives get a seat.
If you’ve been waiting for permission, a bigger budget, or the perfect moment to start, this is your sign.

The @advertisingweek Brag Booth: where some of adland’s best get to shamelessly brag about what they’re most proud of. Up first, the best things their teams made this year, along with the best feedback they’ve heard from clients. Don’t get too jealous, now…

What an incredible way to end a fantastic @possible.event. Thanks to @shannonwatkins8608 for facilitating a great conversation with @issarae and me about the future of storytelling in evolving formats, the role brands and their ad $ will play in it, and how, thanks to the brilliant team at HOORAE MEDIA [@hooraemedia], we're putting both together in support of our innovative partnership with @tiktok to bring audiences everywhere a slate of micro-series for FREE.

Case in point: @hooraemedia's x @tiktok's first series, SCREEN TIME, launched just yesterday and has already amassed 20 million views.

We love it when a plan comes together.

Thanks to the brilliant organizers and team at POSSIBLE for having us, and to their CEO @christianmuche for hosting us.

Follow @georgiaamoore and @supreme.nia through the 45-day hustle from center court of the NCAA Championship to @wnba arenas, where every practice feels like a screen test and every moment decides what comes next. Join us to witness a part of sports we rarely get to see, where pressure, identity, and opportunity collide in real time.

At a moment when women’s sports are rising, this film shows what it actually takes to step into the league and claim a place in it. Experience the story on the big screen at the International Women’s Sports Film Festival, where the next play of the game is already in motion.

Really looking forward to speaking at @scalablepod's Summit in LA on May 6, 2026.

If you'll be in LA, make sure to get to what is sure to be an expert-level dialogue on the future of the Creator Economy (and from my perspective, the future of Entertainment).
