Last days of summer

My secret to getting out & surviving summer with a toddler AND a newborn… 😂

Because having a newborn doesn't have to mean putting your whole life on pause.

We’ve managed to get in and out of London, explore museums, go to a few festivals and still find things that Buckley actually enjoys, all while Hayden has been happily snuggled up in his @ryloobaby wrap.

And being able to keep him close, comfy and secure while still having both hands free for his big brother has been 👌

It’s also been particularly helpful with Hayden’s reflux. After a feed, being able to keep him upright without having to physically sit there holding him upright the whole time has made getting out and about so much easier for us.

And on a personal note, it's helped me build some strength back up after everything that happened (IYKUK) 🫶

We managed London.
We managed museums.
We managed festivals.
We even managed to have some fun ourselves 😂

Toddler entertained ✔️
Baby comfy ✔️
Mum gets to enjoy herself too ✔️
I call that a win ✌️

We were SO lucky to be invited to @fomo.fest this year and honestly… we’ve already decided we’re coming back next year! 😍🎪

@ravertots was definitely a highlight for us, watching the kids have the absolute BEST time while we got to enjoy the music too was such a win🕺🏼🧒🏼💃🏼

And getting to bring some of our favourite people along with us made it even more special!

The best part? It’s practically on our doorstep! We love finding amazing things to do with the boys locally, and it’s so nice to see something like this bringing such a brilliant atmosphere to the area 👏👏

FOMO Fest is a family-friendly festival with music, kids’ activities, funfair rides, food and loads more and we genuinely hope more and more people continue to support it so it can keep growing year after year 🥰

Already counting down to FOMO Fest 2027! 👀
