A few more shots of my Dome Boot Entry.

I wanted to keep this build simple yet nuanced, letting the materials and silhouette speak for themselves.

For the leather, I went with Maryam Olive Horsebutt overdyed in dark brown. Maryam Olive is known to gradually develop into a natural brown over time, but I was curious to see how an overdyed version would age. Over the coming months, I look forward to watching the olive tones emerge beneath the dark brown, slowly revealing the leather’s natural green tones which will then turn into its natural brown form. So there’s a lot of color transitions that I hope to uncover in this experiment.

For the build itself, I chose the cap-toe service boot. Often the starting point of one’s boot journey, it’s an iconic silhouette rooted in history that has also stood the test of time. There’s something timeless about its simplicity, and I felt this was a silhouette that deserved its moment in the @stitchdownpatinathunderdome

As always, @williesleathers delivers 🙌🏽

Some connections stay with us forever. 🔒

Through movement and emotion, Latch explores the bonds that keep us together💫—the people, the memories, and the experiences. A reflection of those who shape us, ground us, and remind us that we are never alone. 🤍

Sometimes, the bonds that we form are the ones that stay for a lifetime. 🫂

Ano ba talaga ang nangyayari sa tindahan ni Aling Nena? Come down to her sari-sari store and celebrate the simplicities of the Pinoy life 🏀🇵🇭

Hindi sapat ang simpleng pagbili ng pansit at burger! Dapat may kasamang sayawan, kilig, at tawanan 💃

Life shouldn’t be taken too seriously. There will always be time to dance through the blandness and realities of everyday life!

I’ve never been one to post nor am I good at captions but for you my love, I would. I hope the next chapter in your life would bring you what you want and need. I want nothing more than to keep traveling this world together, writing this love story so that we can reread it to each other when we’re old and fragile. I love you my Fons and happy birthday my love 😘

Vintage Chore Jacket × Dickies 874
A classic Amekaji look 👖

I added a pop of color by layering an L.L.Bean anorak underneath.
To keep the black shoes from feeling too heavy, I balanced the weight with a pair of colored socks 🧦

Shirt : Ralph Lauren Yarmouth
Inner : 90’s L.L. BEAN Anorak
Pants : Dickies 874
