Last Thursday was IO’s first solo event and you guys made it a fucking blast. With your help, we raised $2,574 for the Immigrant Defense Project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @immdefense

100% of our profits go directly to the causes we support. Everything we put into these nights goes right back into the movements we believe in.

Another massive thank you to @fonsismoya @louisbemberg @sasharomemusic @sleepylychee01 @black.pomade @brunolimmamusik @lansuh @silobrooklyn and all of you that came out to support

The wait is over: the curtain’s up on our 2026-27 season! 🤩

From premiering the first performances of our first-ever touring production, to programming our first-ever original commedia dell’arte play in our first-ever repertory season, to piloting our first-ever directing observership for CO_LAB artists, to introducing new classes, 2026-27 is shaping up to be CO_LAB’s boldest season yet. 🌟

Some favorite clips from our very first Input x 1st Generation Party 🧡

A very special thanks to @fonsismoya for bringing your energy and magic, to @lansuh, @brunolimmamusik, @black.pomade, @sleepylychee01, @sasharomemusic, and @louisbemberg for sharing your incredible talent with us and the cause, and to @silobrooklyn for giving us the space to make this happen.

One more thank you to everyone who showed up, danced hard, and donated to the @immdefense. Every dollar goes directly toward fighting for a safer, more just future for immigrants in this country. We are so grateful you were there and can’t wait to do it again

On that note, we hope to see you soon! Specifically, at our Fundraiser to Fight Deed Theft on 10/13 at @bossanovacivicclub. Come party with and raise money for another great cause.

Why we’re fundraising for Immigrant Defense Project (IDP)

As an immigrant-founded party series, we want to uplift immigrants and non-citizens whenever and however we can. Booking an all-immigrant lineup, as we’ve done for this event, is one way of doing that. But we also know that celebrating our community is not enough when thousands of immigrants and non-citizens are being brutalized, incarcerated, and deported by a country that has long benefited from their labor.

For the last 30 years, IDP has fought against the mass imprisonment and deportation of immigrants across the United States. Under current federal attacks, IDP is steadfast in their work fighting for immigrant justice through direct legal assistance and litigation, litigation, trainings and education, policy advocacy and narrative change. IDP believes that nobody is disposable and every human being deserves dignity

This event is free. We want everyone to come dance, celebrate, and enjoy these incredible artists. We will, however, be asking for donations at the door to support IDP’s work protecting our communities.

See you all on Thursday!
