2025 Jesus Christ What A Year 🤣

Looking Back On This Year I Can’t Genuinely Believe All The Things That Have Happened It’s Honestly Crazy

This Has Been One Of The Best Years Of My Life, A Lot Of Ups And A Lot Of Downs, People Who’ve Come And Gone & Friends And Experiences That I’ll Cherish Forever

This Year Was Also The Biggest Year For Me On A Personal And Business Level, I’ve Been Incredibly Lucky To Work Some With Some The Biggest Brands In The World Some Of Which I Would Have Never Thought Would Be Possible

I Also Took On My Biggest Challenge And Test Of My Character By Running My First Marathon In Berlin Which Is Insane Because I’ve Only Started Running Back In February Of This Year!

2025 Was Definitely One To Remember And I Can’t Wait To See What 2026 Brings!

Happy New Year Everyone 💙

The algorithm is a funny thing. I got back from Ireland a couple weeks ago and I was talking about how often I saw sausage rolls over there. They were everywhere, sold in every cafe and the minute I began talking about it, I started seeing sausage rolls flooding my explorer page. This version specifically was everywhere. These were filled with sausage, stuffing, bacon and cranberry sauce and I knew it would be a great way to use up extras I had from Thanksgiving. The first video I saw was from Ciaran @fooddunneright so that’s who I’ll say inspired me. Thanks Ciaran! His version had raw bacon added to the roll pre-baking. I wasn’t sure how crispy it would get so I decided to pre-cook it for about six minutes before adding it to my rolls. I think it was a good move
These were delish and the family loved them. They could certainly be served on their own or with a side of gravy in cranberry like I did. However, you eat them you’re gonna love them.
.
.

1 roll puff pastry
1 lb sausage meat
1 cup prepared stuffing (I used my leftover from TG)
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
8-10 slices of bacon that have been baked on a baking sheet in a 375F oven for 7 minutes. When done, remove to paper towels and blot dry
Egg wash (1 beaten egg mixed with 1 tbls water)
Everything but the bagel seasoning.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine sausage and stuffing in a bowl and mix well. Use your hands to make it easy.
Roll out your puff pastry and spread your cranberry sauce leaving a 1” border around the edges. Lay the bacon slices down and then form the sausage mixture evenly into a log the length of your pastry.

Roll the pastry into a log being careful to seal the bottom. Slice the log into pieces and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet seam side down. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with the seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
