The end of an era! . Today was a seismic day as an @everton supporter with the final game at #goodisonpark after 133 years as the home for @everton‼️ . @timhow1 and @landondonovan10 turned me blue for life in 2009 . Supporting @everton for the last 16 years is something that has become a part of me as what @everton stands for as The People’s Club is how I look to live life . In 2017 I had the absolute privilege to travel to Liverpool with my wife @chicagofootdoc during a vacation to England. We were able to get tickets through @evertoninusa for the 5th November 2017 match at Goodison Park vs Watford where we sat next to fellow supporter from America @wiscomorty for my one and only trip to see my beloved @everton in person at the Grand Old Lady . Congratulations to the club on this historic day‼️ . . #everton #podiatrysoccer #weil4feet #efc #goodison #goodisonpark #goodisonparkstadium #evertonfc #evertonian #evertonians #evertonfootballclub

I learned how to tape an ankle as an Athletic Training student @northeastern and honed my skills during my years as the athletic trainer @westwoodhs from 1️⃣9️⃣9️⃣2️⃣-9️⃣6️⃣ . Ankle taping is utilized as a treatment post ankle sprain to be able to return to sport participation and in addition to prevent ankle sprains during sport in a weak or unstable ankle secondary to previous injury . ➡️⚽️ is a 👣 intensive sport‼️⬅️ . . . #podiatrysoccer #weil4feet #greenwhitesoccer #soccerinjury #sportsmedicine #soccerdoc #soccerdoctor #50andstillkicking #oldmansoccer #anklesprain #ankletaping #ankletaping101 #ankleinstability #ankleweakness
