I hope everyone had a beautiful Mother’s Day yesterday. I had an incredible time celebrating all of these mamas during our annual ‘mommy and me minis’ at everyone’s favorite book store 🌷

The Red River Gorge

I have had so much healing and humbling happen on this soil.

Today, I walked barefoot through these gorgeous Kentucky forests and mountains for what seemed like miles.
There were moments of silence where just nature spoke, and my heart and soul listened.

The air was crisp, fresh, alive.

I felt more alive and at peace than I have in some time.

I truly enjoy San Diego and the gifts it beholds.... but there is something special about these here Kentucky gems.

Mmm mm mmm

Blessed to know.

Blessed to see.

Blessed to feel.

Forever a student and daughter of this Earth

My bestfriend is so special to me, we have been friends so long now and we’ve grown so much and had babies and life looks so different for us these days in a beautiful way. I love her children as my own and I love her. She’s so gentle and intelligent and kind. She’s a fountain of love and sweetness that pours out to every person she knows.

Also these were the two best sushi rolls I’ve ever eaten in my life, the rice was so so delicious. I had a honey wasabi seaweed salad and green caviar with smoky salmon all the flavors together were just delicious. The veggie roll was also so delicious the micro greens and pickled daikon radish was so fresh
