💥🖤❤ England U18 training camp call-up for Sonics duo! ❤🖤💥

Many congratulations to Chan and Abbie - two of our home-grown U18 Sonics who've not only made it into the England U18 Player Development Group (PDG), but have just been selected for the England U18 training camp; and deservedly so! 🥳 We're truly delighted for you and can't wait to see you in action. Well done to you both. We're so very proud of you!

Our Sonics' success is not only just reward for their hard work and dedication to the sport they love, but a fitting reflection of the hard work that has gone in to making the Sonics a successful pathway to representative rugby - at both county and national levels - in such a short time.

If you want to be part of the Sonics success story, like Abbie, Chan, and others, reach out now at sonics@saracensarfc.com. We're always looking for new players for our four junior girls' teams - U12s to U18s. No experience necessary: Our friendly and experienced coaches will teach you everything you need to know.

💥🖤❤ PDG success for Sonics triple! ❤🖤💥

Many congratulations to Abbie, Chan, and Jenny - three of our home-grown U18 Sonics who have made it into the England U18 Player Development Group (PDG); and deservedly so! 🥳 We're truly delighted for you and can't wait to see you in action. Well done to you all!

Well done also to our three other Sonics who were nominated to attend the U18 PDG trials and not only acquitted themselves so brilliantly but undoubtedly made the selection process a very difficult one indeed.

We're so very proud of you all!

Our Sonics' success is not only just reward for their hard work and dedication to the sport they love, but a fitting reflection of the hard work that has gone in to making the Sonics a successful pathway to representative rugby - at both county and national levels - in such a short time.

⭐️🏉 Stepping onto the field for your first senior women's rugby match is something you'll never forget. But some of the biggest moments happen beyond the scoreboard.

Meet Chan.

As ChildFund Rugby's matchday reporter, @forcesforchan spent the day capturing the stories, people and atmosphere of the historic @blackgirlsruck x @muslimahrugby community day before lacing up her boots for her own senior rugby debut.

Chan delivered a standout performance, earning special recognition in a debut to remember.

We're proud to support events like this because rugby can do more than build players. It can build confidence, create a sense of belonging and open up opportunities that last far beyond the final whistle.

🎥 Join Chan behind the scenes and experience this special day through her eyes.

🗣️Youth Sport Trust 2026 Conference 🎤

It was a pleasure to attend my first YST conference as part of the Youth Board! It was great to see so many passionate people all in one place and was really amazing to hear so many different stories and perspectives - I have taken away some valuable learnings and reflections.

Looking forward to seeing what this space holds in the future… 🧐💫

Huge congratulations to @forcesforchan who’s been selected for the England Red Roses U18 squad!

Chan has who’s been with the Elite Rugby Academy since we started,

This wasn’t luck.
It was earned - through relentless work ethic, discipline, and belief.
The ERA Way.

The unseen hours.
The daily commitment.
The choice to get better, every single day.

That work has been recognised - and we couldn’t be prouder.
This is just the beginning…

Congratulations Chan on an a fantastic achievement.

Our Elite Programme isn’t for everyone.

It’s for players who want to become the BEST versions of themselves and are prepared to put in the EFFORT.

HARD WORK BEATS TALENT, WHEN TALENT DOESN’T WORK HARD!
