Fordham ’31

I am excited to announce my verbal commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Fordham University, where I will play Division I golf. Thank you to my parents and family, coaches, teammates, and everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. A special thank you to Coach Murphy for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity.

Go Rams!

⛳️ Our golf team putting in work IN-SEASON 💪

We’re focused on maintaining—if not improving—lower body power, swing speed, and overall strength (especially grip strength), along with mobility and stretching.

We’re also mixing in low-level plyometrics and med ball work because:
• It helps maintain speed & power so club head speed stays high
• It directly transfers to the swing with rotational power
• It gives us a strong stimulus without adding fatigue

We’re keeping sets and reps LOW since it’s in-season—staying explosive, not exhausted. ⚡️
